A native of the Southside of Chicago, Chef Rob has strong roots in the Chicagoland area, which he proudly calls home. Married and blessed with three adult children, he finds joy not only in the kitchen but also in his roles as a preacher, teacher, and director of hit stage plays when he's not busy cooking up culinary delights.

With a culinary career spanning 30 years, Robert's affinity for cooking has been a constant driving force in his life. He has honed his skills in food preparation, kitchen management, and catering over the years. To refine his craft further, he pursued formal education at the Institute of Culinary Arts at Robert Morris College. Additionally, Robert had the experience of owning and running the successful More Than Enough Soul Food Café in Chicago, IL.
